Integrative Massage (In-person only)

I offer massage for your body's needs no matter what that might be. While my focus generally is therapeutic deep tissue, I have a very large tool box at my disposal and will meet your body where it is.

Lymphatic Drainage (In-person only)
90 min - $180
Feeling a little stagnant? Need to get things moving? Lymphatic drainage is a beautiful modality with many benefits for the whole body. As well as being therapeutic in nature, MLD is extremely relaxing for the nervous system. Don't be surprised if you fall asleep!

Chakra Assessment and Balancing
75 min - $135
This session is all about your main chakras (yes there are WAY more than just seven). In this session, I will assess each chakra and help you understand where the imbalances might be coming from and focus on balancing the ones you feel need the most attention.

Energetic Facilitation/Reiki
60 min - $110
I offer reiki in two different ways: focused on a specific ailment/body part/somatic need or as a whole body balancing. My methods are not traditional as I help you tap into your own energetic healing potential.
