Hey There
I'm Bekah. I'm a personal coach, body and energy worker, and guide that focuses on resiliency, shadow work, nervous system regulation, and emotional eating habits.
I've experienced life in all its highs and lows and now I'm here to help others navigate their own traumas, challenges, and self-growth journeys. I'm raw and I'm gritty and I'm not scared of anything you can throw at me. I'll sit in it with you and help you help yourself.
All About Me
Who I Am
I am a paradox:
Wounded and wise
Warrior and healer
Combat veteran with a firm touch and a dream of softness
I have danced at the edge of death, literally and metaphorically,
and I walked away with grief clinging like glitter.
I am not just a survivor.
I am a transformer of trauma into a tangible truth,
a sculptor of meaning from the rubble of systems that failed me.
I am deeply human.
Full of questions. Always assessing.
I cackle when the sacred gets too serious and hold space
like a cornerstone.
I am:
A shadow weaver.
A collector of guides.
A living ritual.
A facilitator who understands pain isn’t just physical,
and survival isn’t always noble.
A lighthouse who forgets her own light sometimes
and also isn’t afraid to sit in the dark.
I am holy. And mundane.
And magical. And mouthy.
I am not here to please. I am here to witness.
I am not here to be liked. I am here to be remembered.
To unmake what no longer serves
and remake what the world doesn’t even know it yet needs.
My Style
I’m a coach, body and energy worker, and guide for people standing at the threshold of profound change. My work lives at the crossroads of mythology, psychology, and embodied transformation. I support those who feel the shift coming, or are already in it, and who want to meet it with clarity, courage, and consistency.
My path has been shaped by reinvention, shadow work, and the kind of honest self‑inquiry that refuses to look away (I might flinch occasionally but I won't back down). I’ve learned how to translate complexity into language that resonates, how to help people reclaim their personal sovereignty, and how to guide them through the messy, exhilarating and sometimes exhausting process of finding and becoming themselves.
I don’t do formulas or one‑size‑fits‑all solutions. I work intuitively and collaboratively, with deep respect for the intelligence people already carry. My role is to help you see the pattern, name the shift, and step into the next version of yourself with intention.
A Path Forged Through Many Worlds
Before stepping fully into coaching and somatic transformation, I lived several lives.
I grew up in the southeast US in a fundamental, independent, Bible believing Baptist church and all the programming that comes with it.
I joined the Army in 2004 and served as one of the few women EOD technicians in the U.S. Army and completed a tour in Afghanistan. After leaving the military, I moved into the nonprofit world and advocacy world, first as a case manager supporting survivors of military sexual trauma, then as a program developer and grant writer for emerging non-profit organizations. These years taught me discernment and how to hold space for people navigating crisis, identity rupture, and rebuilding.
My work later expanded into wellness and integrative care. With a master’s degree in international affairs, training as a yoga instructor, sound healer, herbal medicine practitioner, and years of professional bodywork experience including teaching and instruction, including ownership of Appalachian Integrative Bodywork and Massage, I developed a multidimensional understanding of how humans heal, adapt, and transform.
I’ve served communities with hands‑on care, trauma‑informed advocacy, education, and leadership. I’ve been recognized for the integrity and depth I bring to this work by my colleagues, friends, and professional networks.
I also enjoy writing haikus and am a grounded communicator. My presence is straightforward, direct, compassionate, and non-judegmental while being rooted in lived experience, resilience, and a commitment to showing up with clarity and heart.

How I Work
My approach bridges the psychological, the somatic, and the energetic. I understand how the brain can sabotage the body and how the body can hold truths the mind hasn’t yet named. I work at the intersection of shadow, story, and somatic intelligence to help clients reclaim agency and autonomy, coherence, and sovereignty.
My spaces are structured yet spacious and are catalytic containers that blend grounded science, deep intuitive listening, and layered guidance that supports real, lived transformation. This is work that moves from conceptual to embodied, from theoretical to integrated, from “someday” to “now.”
If you’re ready to step into the next version of yourself with clarity and intention, I’m here to walk with you across the threshold.
